The company constantly updates its equipment on the most modern methods of extraction and production of extra virgin olive oil by investing in this section, solely driven by producing high quality olive oil.

In the company are currently operating two separate modern units capable of crushing 7.5 tons of olives per hour, thus achieving both a direct service to its numerous producers - customers, and mainly, the production of a product of excellent quality, eminently from the variety "Koroneiko," with a unique taste, great smell and rare nutritious ingredients which appear in the healthy Mediterranean diet. In this also contributes decisively the minimum time interval, between the harvest - picking of the olive and the olive oil production.
